Yeah... Right...

A Moment of Silence at the UN

According to Reuters, the president of the United Nations General Assembly, Nassir Abdulaziz Al-Nasser, granted today a request from the North Korean government for a moment of silence for their beloved fallen leader Kim Jong-il, who died on Saturday...

Are you kidding me? Here is a lunatic mass murderer who created deadly conflicts with all his neighbors (except China, of course), constantly threatened the world with nuclear destruction, blackmailed the West into giving him food (and luxury items for himself) and starved his own people to death and they want a moment of silence out of respect?

In that case, I think we should also ask for a moment of silence for the following great leaders: Hitler, Stalin, Genghis Khan, Idi Amin Dada, Pol Pot, Sadam Hussain, Gaddafi, just to name a few. I mean, it's only fair: these poor people didn't get their moment of silence when they died, so, let's give it to them now - and let's do this on the Military Demarcation Line in the Korean DMZ zone --- out of respect, that is...
